Only 25 K down the costal highway, you can sightsee or shop in the cities of Split, Solin and Trogir. These are a must see! They are full of culture and history.
Makarska is located 30 K to the south. The beautiful harbour has a boardwalk and several cafes where you can experience the Dalmatian “Way of Life.”
One hour’s drive on the “Autoput” and you will be in Krka National Park. This legendary park is known for the preservation of its flora and fauna. Here you will find footpaths, sightseeing tours, boat trips, a museum, souvenir shops and restaurants.
Another of Croatia’s National Parks is Biokovo. This park is ideal for hikers and nature lovers.
At 200 K away, but worth the drive, you’ll find Dubrovnik, the “Peal of the Adriatic Sea.” This beautiful city is packed with culture and history.
